LoyaltyCraft Consulting, in partnership with Celina Insurance Group, has been awarded Best Customer Experience Strategy (Under 1,000 Employees) at the North American Customer Centricity Awards 2022.
America’s most Customer Centric companies were crowned this week at the inaugural North
American Customer Centricity Awards Virtual Ceremony.
The event, run by ARCET Global had over 175 Entries from over 63 companies. After a difficult shortlisting, 119 Finalist Entries were evaluated by large panels of independent experts judges. The North American Awards were delighted to welcome the CX Community at a physical watch party in Dallas. 3 years on from when the original in person awards was due to take place.
